Schiphol Scenes

The bustle of the airport's rail terminal
I love shooting whilst travelling and although I'm no fan of the the tourist jet, I like hanging around in foreign airports because they're a great place to grab candid 'street' shots. One of my favourite airports (if you are allowed to like such things) is Schiphol which has an open, airy feel but always feels quite compact and easy to get around. Whilst passing through the airport recently I managed to grab a few shots of the people and the architecture, I even created a special Lightroom preset to do the mono conversions for these...

Either she didn't show....or they didn't "connect" OR they DID connect! I rarely make it to any kind of airport or train station, but would love to photograph either.

Or maybe it's just someone distributing roses around the place in case anyone gets the urge?
